Our providers round in designated assisted living and independent
living communities, as well as in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers.
Residents are also seen by our providers in the comfort, convenience and privacy of their own home, bringing back the ease and familiarity of the house call. Should the need arise to visit a hospital, our providers will work with the doctors in the hospital in order to follow the progress of our patients. Should the need arise to visit a rehabilitation center, our providers will follow the progress of our patients directly in the rehabilitation centers in which they round.
